Punt Road Wines - Napoleone & Co. Apple Cider (5.5%)
This delicious full strength, dry cider has been hand crafted using a variety of apples sourced from the Napoleone family orchards - established in 1948. It displays subtle apple aromas leading into a crisp, clean, elegant style with a notably refreshing finish.

Prickly Moses - Otway Ale (4.9%)
A medium bodied ale which light in amber colour, derived from the use of caramel malts. A refreshing but appetizing beer with toffee and caramel flavours balanced nicely with a blend of traditional English hops for bittering and American hops for aroma. The all malt ale is warm fermented which adds some complexity to the beer and leads to a fruity aroma which compliments this particular style of beer. Made from 100% Otway rain water.

Mountain Goat - Organic Steam Ale (4.5%)
The Steam is is a crisp, certified organic ale. We incorporate some wheat malt in the grist make up and ferment it cool. We use Hallertau hops along with a light dose of Galaxy flowers at the end. This is a conservatively hopped beer that comes in at about 20 IBU’s. Great as the weather warms up

White Rabbit - Dark Ale (5.2%)
A dark ale which is essentially malt driven but with the firm bitterness of whole hops to ensure balance. Subtle yet delicious, with flavour built around yeast that is allowed to go wild!
Yeast normally does its thing in closed cone like tanks that hide and constrain its work but we've got a couple of open fermenters which are like big soup tins without lids. The yeast has a party and it likes to play hard!
The dark ale is brewed using these open fermenters, custom made in Europe to combine traditional methods with White Rabbit thinking.

Three Troupers - Pilsner (4.5%) - 330mL
This crisp and spicy pilsner, is made from malted barley and sazz hops, has a light clear colour, a distinctive herbaceous aroma and a fruity hoppy finish.

Holgate - Mt Macedon Ale (4.5%) - 330mL
Pure Drinking Pleasure! Named after one of the major geographical features near Woodend, home of Holgate Brewhouse, this beer has been a prime mover with broad appeal. A deep honey colour garnered using Vienna Malt gives this ale a warm appeal, followed by a delicate caramel malt flavour and finished with a nice balance of piney/resinous hops from the US Pacific North West.
Easy on the taste buds but offering great hop character, this beer matches well with Mediterranean style dishes.

Gypsy - The crispest Pear Cider ever. Sparkling straw color, pear/candy aroma. Gypsy is a semi-sweet cider with a predominantly pear flavour and vanilla notes. Medium acidity with a crisp, clean finish. Gypsy is a cider worth travelling for.
